Purchasing a vehicle during lockdown may well be different to the way you have bought a car before however we have worked hard to follow all government COVID guidelines to enable you to purchase a vehicle safely and legally. Our sales departments are available to answer all questions and queries via telephone or email. When you are satisfied with the vehicle of interest and want to proceed to purchase you will need to make an initial deposit via our website ( www.westawaymotors.co.uk ). When the deposit has been processed we will send to you a purchase invoice along with relevant paperwork to complete the sale and confirm a date and time suitable for you to collect. Prior to arriving to collect your new car all paperwork must be completed and outstanding payments made either by bank transfer or finance company.On arrival you will be directed to an open area away from the main showroom and forecourt for vehicle hand over. You will then have chance to inspect the vehicle before driving it away. You are then able to drive the vehicle to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase then simply inform us and return the vehicle within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
