SsangYong Assistance is a breakdown service provided in partnership with the RAC* and gives SsangYong owners complete peace of mind throughout the UK and mainland Europe. It’s free for 12 months with every new SsangYong. Here’s what’s included:
UK Roadside Assistance
If you break down, then in 4 out of 5 cases we’ll be able to fix you at the roadside. But if we can’t fix you on the spot, we’ll tow you and your passengers to the nearest SsangYong franchised dealer.
If you break down in the UK and your vehicle can’t be fixed on the same day, we’ll organise a hire car for 48 hours, or alternative transport, to keep you moving while your vehicle’s being fixed.
European breakdown cover
You’re covered in 48 European countries. We’ll fix you at the roadside, or tow you and your passengers to the nearest SsangYong franchised dealer and even repatriate your vehicle if needed.
